Welcome to The Power of ONE – your weekly dose of inspiration and impact! Imagine this: every day, amidst the multitude of choices we make, there’s that ONE decision that has the potential to transform our lives. It could be as simple as getting out of bed or taking a different route to work. The magic lies in the unpredictability of when that ONE moment will occur.
I wholeheartedly embrace this belief. The right person, armed with the right words or actions, can create a ripple effect that alters the course of your life forever. The challenge lies in not knowing which choice will be the game-changer. But fear not, because each week, I’ll be sharing something meaningful, something that might just resonate with you, bring a smile to your face, and make a genuine difference.
If you discover value in these insights, don’t keep them to yourself. Please share them with others and encourage them to do the same. Together, we can unlock the true Power of One and embark on a journey of collective inspiration and transformation.
“The purpose of life is to seek out new experiences, to learn, to grow, and to find meaning in every moment.” ~ Unknown
In the last issue, I wrote about perspective and how looking for the positives in life will allow you to a better mindset. I want to continue that this issue. I spent last week in Las Vegas at the AIMExpo. This show is the powersports industry’s annual event. And while it experienced down years and unfair comparisons to the old Indy show, 2024 was fantastic. The positive vibes from the exhibitors and the chance to catch up with industry friends made the event something special. The pandemic allowed companies the chance to cut costs and do a “Zoom meeting,” but something about face-to-face human interaction just makes business more successful and, honestly, more enjoyable. But vendors need to come to the show with a different perspective. You will not see hundreds of dealers walking by each day of the show; those days are in the past. But with the right perspective, the show will be a success. It’s all in how you look at it, right?
I’d like to take the idea above about face-to-face interaction. What one thing can you do in person in the next 30 days that you are planning to do remotely? I challenge you to do that in person and see how good the results can be.
