RumbleOn Rebrands as RideNow Group, Announces HQ Move and New Structure for Dealership Operations
RumbleOn, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBL) announced this week that it is rebranding as RideNow Group, Inc., with a new ticker symbol RDNW. The move is part of a package of changes announced in conjunction with its earnings report for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, which includes the relocation of the company’s headquarters, the rollout of a new business framework and expanded support for the company’s 54 powersports dealerships. The name and ticker symbol will officially change on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
“This change is about more than a new name and ticker symbol—it’s about aligning our corporate identity and our operations with the brand our customers already know,” said Michael Quartieri, CEO of RideNow Group. “By returning to our roots and strengthening our operations, we are positioning RideNow Group for long-term growth and ensuring our customers enjoy a consistent, exceptional experience.”
Also announced this week, the headquarters for RideNow Group will move from Irving, Texas to Chandler, Arizona, to offices in the company’s flagship store. The move consolidates leadership and support functions in one location, reinforcing the company’s “one team” approach to corporate and store operations.
Central to the company’s plan is the rollout of the RideNow Way, a business framework built on three core pillars: Entrepreneurial Spirit, Customer Experience, and Operational Excellence. The RideNow Way will guide leaders and staff in dealerships and the company offices.
“We work tirelessly to exceed our customers’ expectations by delivering an expansive selection of powersports products and services tailored to their passions,” said Cam Tkach, COO of RideNow Group. “Success for us is when every customer encounters the same high level of service, experience, and excitement at any RideNow location, fueling our growth and reinforcing our commitment to the powersports community.”
The company believes the evolution of the RideNow Way will provide a strong foundation for growth in today’s market.
“By simplifying our structure, aligning our operations, and reinforcing a culture of performance, we are creating a platform for long-term success,” Quartieri added. “Our team is energized, our strategy is clear, and our focus is firmly on delivering value for our customers, employees, and shareholders.”

Making A Case For Dealers To Connect
Dealer registration is now open for the National Powersports Dealer Association’s annual networking and educational event DealerConnect. A meeting for Dealers, by Dealers, the annual session is set for September 21–23, 2025 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown.
“This isn’t a trade show,” insists Tigra Tsujikawa, NPDA Membership Marketing Director. “It’s not about walking aisles and collecting brochures. It’s about making sure our side of the industry is represented, heard and taken seriously,” says the industry veteran.
“During the past 30 years, I’ve been in dealerships, OEM offices, aftermarket facilities, trade show floors and non-profit boardrooms. I’ve seen our industry change, and I’ve seen dealers rise to every challenge… But here’s the truth — until last year’s DealerConnect, dealers had never gathered in force at a dealer-created, dealer-led event. Sure, there are OEM meetings, distributor shows and other industry events, but none with an agenda built by dealers, for dealers.”
From expert-led sessions to spontaneous hallway conversations, NPDA’s DealerConnect delivers face-to-face value dealers can’t get from a webinar or workshop alone. With bonus sessions on Saturday, two full days Sunday and Monday, and a closing half-day Tuesday, it’s a three-day power-up built to send dealers into Q4 and 2026 with momentum. Speakers include Garage Composites, NPA’s Jim Woodruff and Mike Murray, Mark Sheffield and Lightspeed’s Bryan Tierney and Danny Orendain — with some surprises to be announced soon.
After launching last year in October, NPDA’s Board decided to double up with a bigger footprint, double the number of educators and even more dealers. NPDA membership is not a requirement for dealers to attend DealerConnect 2025. “We are better together,” adds founding Board Member Kim Harrison, noting more dealers makes the event better for all. “When you walk into DealerConnect, you’re joining people who live your reality and you leave with strategies and connections you can use right away. More importantly, your presence sends a message: dealers are not just scattered storefronts, we are a united force with strength in numbers.”
If you’ve ever wished the dealer’s voice carried more weight… if you’ve ever wanted the industry to work with you instead of around you… then your seat at DealerConnect is the most important investment you can make this year. “None of us can afford to sit this one out. We need to be seen. We need to be heard, and we need to stand together — now more than ever,” concludes Tsujikawa.

Honda Confirms New Flagship Trail Bike for 2026
American Honda today introduced the CRF300F, a flagship machine for the brand’s extremely popular trail-bike lineup. Replacing the CRF250F, the CRF300F features a larger 294cc engine and an upgraded six‑speed transmission, offering more power and versatility than its predecessor.
Additional upgrades are aimed at improved handling and overall ride quality. The conventional fork features new settings for better resistance to bottoming, while the bottom triple clamp and rear-suspension link are constructed from aluminum instead of steel, reducing weight and improving feel. The graphics and newly shaped radiator shrouds echo the look of the CRF Performance machines currently dominating professional motocross, while additional changes—including an oil cooler and a switch to a more heat-resistant clutch-disc material—are intended to maintain the CRF-F family’s deserved reputation for reliability and approachability.
“Honda has an unmatched track record of producing fun, approachable, durable trail bikes that make the thrill of off-road adventure in beautiful spaces accessible to riders of all ages and backgrounds,” said Colin Miller, Manager of Public Relations at American Honda. “With the introduction of the new CRF300F—the most capable CRF-F model to date—those experiences are more attainable than ever, and we’re confident that this trail bike will be even more of a hit than its predecessor.”
The 2026 CRF300F is scheduled to be available in Honda Powersports dealers beginning in October.

“It’s not often that the entire powersports industry can get together, so when we do, the AIMExpo team wants to make sure it’s electric,” said Andre Albert, Director of Marketing and Events for the Motorcycle Industry Council. “This collaboration with Round 1 of Supercross, the most iconic race of the year, brings two major forces together in a way that’s never been done before, giving the whole industry more reasons to get excited and show up.”
The collaboration with Feld Motor Sports reflects a growing demand for immersive, industry-wide experiences and a drive to do meaningful business while staying rooted in the powersports lifestyle that draws so many to the industry.

“Feld is a huge part of our industry,” Albert said. “Not only is Supercross a cultural cornerstone of motorcycling, it’s where we can see our vehicles, parts, and accessories being put to use at the highest levels. For the industry to witness products go from exhibit floor to racetrack in the same few days – that’s a rare showcase of the full powersports ecosystem.”
“There’s no better way to kick off the 2026 season than with AIMExpo and the support of the powersports industry in Anaheim,” said Dave Prater, Vice President, Supercross. “We’re excited to connect with so many industry professionals during this important week, and look forward to hosting invited AIMExpo exhibitors and attendees for an exclusive Friday night event where they can get up close and personal with Supercross.”
“This is what makes AIMExpo more than a trade show,” said Cinnamon Kernes, MIC’s Vice President of Market Expansion. “We’ve worked hard to create an experience that connects the dots between business, culture, and community, and that’s what this event delivers.”
