New Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally: designed for unlimited exploration
With the latest edition of the Ducati World Première 2026, the Borgo Panigale manufacturer presents the new Multistrada V4 Rally. This new Rally is the result of years of development of the Multistrada V4 family, the model with which Ducati was the first to introduce a MotoGP-derived V4 engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft to the segment, along with radar systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control and Blind Spot Detection.
The V4 Rally is the Multistrada aimed at lovers of long journeys. A bike that, since its launch in 2023, has proven to be an unstoppable adventure companion, capable of conquering unexplored places, reaching those destinations with maximum comfort. It is the bike for discovering the world without stopping at anything, alone or with a partner.

The new liveries, in Jade Green with gold wheels and Ducati Red with a brushed fuel tank, make the new Multistrada V4 Rally immediately recognizable. A distinctive look that further enhances its technical features: grand touring comfort, great range thanks to a 7.9 gallon fuel tank, and off-road capability thanks to the suspension with longer travel, reinforced engine guards, and spoked wheels. These features are complemented by new chassis and electronic solutionsthat enhance its versatility, safety, and performance.
The Forward Collision Warning anticipates potential frontal impacts, the new Automatic Lowering Device lowers the bike for easier ground contact, and the advanced strategies for the ABS Electronic Combined Braking System and the semi-active Adaptive Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO are now even more effective in managing any situation and riding style.

The result is a motorcycle perfectly at home on the most challenging mountain passes, dirt roads, or fast, flowing highways around the world. The ideal companion for those who want to push exploration further with maximum comfort and safety, without sacrificing typical Ducati riding pleasure. Like the entire Multistrada V4 family, the Rally offers excellent performance (170 hp), great reliability, and low running costs, with maintenance intervals every 37,000 miles and an oil service every 9,000 miles or 24 months.
At home on any road
Living up to its name, the Multistrada V4 Rally is a motorcycle that further improves its ability to tackle any road. On the 2026 V4 Rally model, the semi-active suspension with long travel (200 mm) is managed by an evolved Adaptive Skyhook DSS (Ducati Semiactive Suspension) EVO strategy with the introduction of new functions capable of raising the bar for comfort and effectiveness once again.
The Multistrada V4 Rally confirms and improves the automatic suspension preload management functions, which ensure a constant setup regardless of the presence of the rider alone, a passenger, and/or luggage, thus maintaining the correct weight distribution. The rider can now change the suspension response even on the move, regardless of the selected Riding Mode, for greater comfort during a relaxed ride or more support and feedback when tackling the curves of a mountain road. On the new Multistrada V4 Rally, the Adaptive DSS EVO system can understand the characteristics of the route being tackled and the rider’s riding style at any given moment and adjust the suspension’s hydraulic calibration to ensure the best control and comfort based on the situation.

With the introduction of the DVO (Ducati Vehicle Observer) algorithm, the Multistrada V4 Rally also features electronic controls that can operate with greater precision. This feature provides a more accurate estimate of the motorcycle’s position in space and its overall mass, simulating the input of 70 sensors to supplement the data provided by the inertial platform. The Ducati Vehicle Observer, developed by Ducati Corse in MotoGP, refines the ABS Cornering and Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC) strategies.
Furthermore, the Electronic Combined Braking System, which can be disengaged and features enhanced strategies and functionality thanks to the DVO, modulates the action on the front and rear brakes to ensure ideal performance, now also taking into account the load. In addition to the front-to-rear strategy, which manages the rear brake even when only the front brake lever is operated, the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally now features a rear-to-front strategy, which also activates the front brake when only the rear brake lever is operated. This strategy, introduced on the 2025 Multistrada V4, has been optimized for the Rally chassis and refined in its action, reducing the bike’s pitch during braking and thus improving comfort, especially when riding with a passenger.
Safety and technology
On the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally, the radar suite introduced with the first 2021 V4 model is complemented by the Forward Collision Warning (FCW) function, which alerts the rider of potential collisions with a vehicle ahead with a pop-up on the dashboard.
The 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally also offers the rider improved visibility during night riding, with Ducati Cornering Lights and a more effective headlight cluster that reduces the shadow in front of the front wheel. Furthermore, the new Coming Home function allows the low beam to be left on for a few seconds after the ignition is turned off, making it easier to open the garage door when returning home in the dark. Finally, the option to mount the accessory rear fog light improves safety on days with poor visibility.
The new Multistrada V4 Rally is easier to handle when maneuvering from a standstill and at low speeds, thanks to the introduction of the Automatic Lowering Device, now equipped with a differentiated strategy for on-road and off-road riding. The bike quickly and automatically “lowers” when speeds drop below 6 mph. When the rider accelerates, exceeding 31 mph on the road or 12 mph off-road, the motorcycle automatically returns to its standard ride height. The system operates automatically or can be deactivated by the rider.
The 6.5-inch color TFT dashboard has been updated with a new user interface, offering more efficient and versatile suspension control. The system naturally retains map navigation functionality thanks to the Ducati Connect app, which also supports phone use for answering calls or listening to music, using a helmet equipped with an intercom system. The interface for selecting the heating level for the grips and optional seat is new and more intuitive.
Comfortable for rider and passenger
The Multistrada V4 Rally is the perfect motorcycle for two-up riding, designed to maximize comfort for both the rider and their traveling partner. Compared to the Multistrada V4, the windshield, which is 40 mm wider and 20 mm taller, provides better protection. The placement of the pannier mounts has been carefully designed to offer plenty of legroom for the passenger, who also benefits from improved support and a sense of durability from the top case, thanks to the die-cast support. Additionally, with available options for different seat heights for both rider and passenger, along with a lowered suspension kit, the Multistrada V4 Rally can be tailored to fit any two-up setup.
In addition, to facilitate loading and unloading the side panniers and simplify maintenance, the center stand, now designed to make lifting the bike even easier, is standard. Likewise, to further enhance comfort, heated handgrips are now also standard and adjustable to five temperature levels.
Engine and chassis
The 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine produces 170 hp of power at 10,750 rpm and 91 lb-ft of torque at 9,000 rpm, featuring a particularly linear torque curve that ensures a smooth and progressive response across the entire rev range. This engine’s performance, combined with its total weight of just 147 lbs, allows the V4 Granturismo to confirm its position as the category benchmark for power and lightness. These figures are combined with refined technical solutions, such as the counter-rotating crankshaft , derived from Ducati Corse’s experience in MotoGP, which works “against” the gyroscopic inertia of the wheels, as well as the torque curves dedicated to each gear to combine smooth power delivery at low revs, robust torque at medium revs, and power at high revs. Furthermore, the V4 Granturismo is equipped with an extended rear cylinder deactivation strategy, which keeps the rear cylinder bank deactivated at standstill and at low revs, thus benefiting fuel consumption and emissions.
On the Multistrada V4 Rally, the engine is assisted by the new Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0. This system utilizes a strategy based solely on the gear shift drum’s angular position sensor, enabling a microswitch-free shift rod and providing the rider with a more direct feel through shorter travel.
In terms of chassis, the Multistrada V4 Rally maintains its lightweight and compact aluminum monocoque frame, with a double-sided shell-cast aluminum swingarm mounted on a repositioned, higher-mounted pivot, increasing the suspension’s anti-squat effect for more precise and effective handling even under full load. For the same purpose, the braking system has been upgraded with a larger 280 mm rear brake disc.
The Multistrada V4 Rally is offered exclusively with lightweight, tubeless spoked wheels that contribute to improving the bike’s dynamic performance. They are equipped as standard with a TPMS sensor that displays tire pressure on the dashboard.
Trim Levels
The new Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is available in the United States and Canada in one trim: Adventure Travel & Radar, which features Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Detection, and Forward Collision Warning, as well as aluminum side cases and heated rider and passenger seats.
Accessories and Apparel
In addition to a class-leading standard package, the Multistrada V4 Rally also offers a wide range of accessories. In addition to various seats to meet the ergonomic needs of rider and passenger, several windshield options are available, as well as luggage solutions, designed for both the fuel tank and the rear plate – a top case or soft bag – for those who wish further to enhance the Multistrada V4 Rally’s all-round touring capabilities.
The aluminum panniers, standard on the Adventure Travel & Radar and Full Adventure trims, now have a new lock that lets you open and close them without a key, even when removed from the motorcycle, increasing their practicality and versatility.
Ducati has also specifically designed some clothing items to fully enjoy the touring capabilities of the Multistrada V4 Rally. The Tour Summer outfit, for example, features large ventilation zones, removable sleeves, and three independent layers, including a thermal lining and waterproof membrane, for comfort in all weather conditions. Or the Strada C5 outfit made of a comfortable, durable stretch fabric with modular thermal protection, thanks to the removable Gore-Tex® inner membrane and an inner down jacket that can also be used on its own once the motorcycle is parked.
Availability and Colors
Deliveries of the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally will begin in the United States and Canada in March 2026. Pricing starts at $31,995 in the United States and $34,995 in Canada.
The 2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is available in two color schemes: Ducati Red/Brushed Aluminum with black spoked wheels and Jade Green/Brushed Aluminum with gold spoked wheels, both featuring a brushed aluminum fuel tank.

ENGINE
The 2026 Jet Ski® STX® 160 and Jet Ski® ST® 160 are powered by a liquid-cooled, 1,498 cc 4-stroke in-line-four engine based on Kawasaki’s Ninja® supersport platform. Producing 160 hp at 7,500 rpm, the engine delivers responsive, smooth, and family-friendly power while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency. Its DOHC, 16-valve, fuel-injected design includes corrosion-resistant valves, tapered piston pins, and electroplated aluminum cylinders for lightweight durability and optimal heat dissipation. A single 60 mm throttle body, high-flow fuel injectors, and digital transistor ignition provide precise power delivery, while a 20.6-gallon fuel tank extends the range for long rides. Jet Ski STX 160 models also feature a silent engine-flushing system located under the rear seat for noiseless maintenance without removing the front seat.
New to 2026, the Jet Ski STX 160 models add an electric trim-control system with seven positions, allowing riders to adjust the hull angle for rough or calm water conditions. Electronic Cruise Control now includes UP/DOWN speed adjustment on both models, while a One-Touch 5 mph mode makes navigating “No Wake” zones effortless. Riders can also choose from Full, Middle, or Low Power modes, with Smart Learning Operation (SLO) available to help riders learn handling at a relaxed pace.
The propulsion system features a high-speed jet pump with a 155 mm three-blade stainless-steel impeller, a robust drive shaft with sealed bearings, and a cast aluminum steering nozzle for efficient thrust transmission. New to the Jet Ski STX 160 models, Kawasaki Smart Reverse with Deceleration (KSRD) allows one-handed thrust control when reversing, with a neutral mode that holds the watercraft in place. Reverse Assist enables fine engine rpm adjustments while backing out of a trailer or tight dock spaces.
On the Jet Ski STX 160 models, additional rider-assist features include the Kawasaki Smart Steering system which helps maintain engine speed during turns and provides smoother, more intuitive handling. These innovations make the Jet Ski STX 160 models a powerful, precise, and versatile personal watercraft with a range of new technologies designed to enhance control and comfort on the water.
HULL
The 2026 Jet Ski STX 160 models feature the tried-and-true STX hull, a lightweight and nimble-handling design. With a deep forward section and strakes to reduce wave shock, the hull delivers agile handling and precise control. Its high-performance keel line reduces friction while enhancing maneuverability, and the lightweight yet strong Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) construction improves durability. Integrated flotation cells provide added buoyancy, and the full-circumference three-piece bumper protects the hull from impacts. Riders also benefit from a tight turning radius, giving excellent low-speed control.

High-performance keel line reduces friction while enhancing manoeuvrability and rider control. Hull material is light yet strong Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP). Integrated flotation cells assist with buoyancy. Sturdy, full-circumference three-piece bumper design protects the hull. Tight turning radius for excellent low-speed control. On the Jet Ski STX 160 models, the Triple Kawasaki Splash Deflector (KSD) is a lateral strip on the forward section of the hull that dramatically reduces water splash, especially at speed and in rough water. Injection-moulded sponsons give sharp, clean turning performance and a very solid feel when banking. Side bumper fins are installed at the bottom of the bumper, which runs around the outside of the deck. The fins act to improve riding stability by helping to balance the watercraft.
DECK
The new Jet Ski STX 160 Series introduces a “dynamic and futuristic” design that builds on the previous model’s compact and agile styling. The refreshed front end features a higher nose, sleeker lines, and larger, smooth deck cover surfaces inspired by the Jet Ski Ultra 310 and 160 Series, giving Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. 26972 Burbank | Foothill Ranch, CA 92610-2506 | Media Relations | 949.770.0400 ext. 2777 | www.kawasaki.com 4 the Jet Ski STX 160 models a sharp, sporty, and modern appearance. New to the Jet Ski STX 160LX, accent lights and distinctive deck mat designs enhance its cutting-edge look. An extended rear deck with a multi-mount system and a three-piece modular bumper allows unique color and design variations for each model. Each Jet Ski STX 160 model has its own styling cues and mirror treatments to appeal to a wide range of riders. The Jet Ski STX 160X is offered in Metallic Surf Blue/Crystal White, and the Jet Ski STX 160LX in Crystal White/Metallic Phantom Silver.
DISPLAY
On the Jet Ski STX 160 models, new instrument and tech upgrades include a large 7” full-color TFT display with multiple display modes, Bluetooth® connectivity, infotainment functions, waypoint navigation, and rearview camera support on the LX model. Riders can now adjust screen brightness automatically or manually, and view at-a-glance indicators for speed, fuel, trim, drive mode, and notifications from connected smartphones. The Jet Ski STX 160LX adds the JETSOUND 2-speaker integrated audio system feature with Bluetooth, a jog-dial controller, and splash-protecting speaker placement for convenience and style.
ERGONOMICS
Riding comfort and ergonomics have been improved with features new to the 2026 Jet Ski STX 160 models, including higher front seats on the Jet Ski STX 160X and LX for more knee and elbow room, non-slip deck mats, and enhanced hip support. Splash protection has been increased with a front bumper that sits 100mm higher and 115mm further forward, reducing water entry into the foot wells.
STORAGE & CONVENIENCE
Storage and utility upgrades on the Jet Ski STX 160X include a new central waterproof compartment, additional bottle storage, a 2.6-liter rear pocket, and an Extended Rear Deck on the LX model that is 110mm longer than the standard Jet Ski STX 160 model. New to the 2026 Jet Ski STX 160, the rear deck accommodates multi-mount bars and rails for accessories, built-in cleats for docking, and a retractable re-boarding step. These enhancements make the Jet Ski STX 160 models more stylish, functional, and versatile for a wide variety of recreational and sporty riding experiences.
ET SKI® ST 160
Also joining the Jet Ski lineup is the new Jet Ski ST 160. Based on the previous generation of the Jet Ski STX 160 models, the Jet Ski ST 160 line shares that same DNA of performance and fun, delivering adrenaline-pumping rides for open-water cruising or tight turns and a more approachable price. While the Jet Ski ST 160 shares the same 1,498cc powerplant and Jet Ski STX hull design, the deck is more streamlined. Above the water line, the Jet Ski ST 160 features a light and sleek front hatch cover design, as well as a slide-and-lift two-tone seat with rear storage, a premium painted deck, and an enhanced comfort handle grip for improved control and style. New pop-style colors and graphics
position the Jet Ski ST 160 as an approachable, fun model within the Jet Ski lineup. While the new latch, hatch cover, and front trim cover create a 3D effect and help define distinct appearances for each colorway. On the Jet Ski ST 160, the Metallic Surf Blue/Crystal White and Pearl/Neon Yellow options combine subdued coloring with neon yellow accents to convey a stylish, sporty character.
