AMA Congratulates Rachel Gutish for Becoming First American to Win FIM EnduroGP World Championship
The American Motorcyclist Association congratulates Rachel Gutish for her historic FIM EnduroGP championship season, in which she became the first American to claim a title in the series’ history.
Competing for the Rieju Factory Team, Gutish entered the final round of the season on Saturday, Oct. 19, with an 11-point lead, and thanks to another victorious performance in Germany, locked up the championship.
“Gutish’s recent win is significant for the United States, and we’re proud of this young woman who has also been a staple on our dominant ISDE Women’s Trophy Team for the past several years,” AMA President and CEO Rob Dingman said. “She is an outstanding talent and represented her country well.”
Gutish finished the historic campaign with 145 total points, clearing second-place finisher and teammate Rosie Rowett of Great Britain by 19 points.
En route to the championship, Gutish secured victories in three of the last four events, capping off her dominant run for the title. It’s yet another outstanding achievement from Gutish, who has won four FIM International Six Day Enduro gold medals as a member of the U.S. Women’s World Trophy Team.
“It’s hard to put into words just how much this means to me, to be the first American to win an FIM EnduroGP World Championship,” Gutish said. “I’m proud of myself, proud of my country, and grateful to everyone who’s helped me and cheered me on from back home. It’s been a lot of work to get to this moment. I’m speechless, but super happy.”

Dante Oliveira Crowned 2025 AMA National Hare and Hound Champion
A podium result at the final round of the AMA National Hare and Hound Series in Lucerne Valley, California, was enough for FMF KTM Factory Racing’s Dante Oliveira to be crowned the 2025 Pro Class champion, capping off an ultra-consistent first season in the series highlighted by two round victories.
Equipped with the KTM 450 XC-F, Oliveira – who had already clinched a sixth-straight National Grand Prix Championship earlier this month – entered the final round with a narrow nine-point advantage at the head of the Pro Class standings, requiring a strong performance to seal the title.
After posting another consistent ride at Round 9, second position enabled Oliveira to deliver FMF KTM Factory Racing the championship on Sunday upon receiving the final checkered flag of the season.
Nine podium finishes and two round victories contributed to Oliveira’s Hare and Hound title run this year, underscoring his versatility while contesting multiple series in 2025.
Dante Oliveira: “I wanted to get a win here to close out Hare and Hound because I had quite a few P2s this year, but to get the title is the most important thing! I got a pretty good start, and all-in-all it was a good day – I rode smoothly there in behind first place. I felt great on the bike, the whole team was amazing in getting me ready to battle, and together we have a lot of confidence. To lock up this championship feels awesome, and it wasn’t an easy one to come by. Consistency was our goal entering the season in the desert this year, and I think we executed that well, so I am stoked!”
Pro Class Results
1. Zane Roberts, Beta
2. Dante Oliveira, FMF KTM Factory Racing
3. Dalton Shirey, Husqvarna

Barcia initially joined the team and was equipped with the GASGAS MC 450F for the 2021 AMA Supercross season – incredibly winning their first 450SX Main Event together on debut in Houston! That maiden, history-making victory marked the inaugural time that GASGAS had won a Supercross Main Event.
BAMBAM would then go on to earn three more indoor podium finishes that year – as well as fourth overall in the final 450SX standings – before delivering GASGAS its first victory in Pro Motocross at the Spring Creek National that same season via a 1-2 moto scorecard.
Over the course of the four seasons that followed, Barcia would claim a haul of podium results both in Supercross and Pro Motocross, with another 450SX Main Event victory achieved at East Rutherford in 2023 onboard the GASGAS MC 450F Factory Edition model.
Barcia took fifth overall in both the 2022 and 2023 AMA Supercross Championships, further solidifying his legacy in helping to put GASGAS on the map in North American competition. In 2025, with Rockstar Energy GASGAS Factory Racing, BAMBAM placed 10th across the entire SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) season.
Recognized for his charisma and dedicated style on the race track, the Rockstar Energy GASGAS Factory Racing Team thanks the 33-year-old out of Monroe, New York, for his unwavering approach to racing, and wishes him all the best in the future!
