Welcome to The Power of ONE — or at least the current version of it.
If you’ve been following along, you’ve probably noticed this thing has kind of changed as I go. The style’s a little different, the focus shifts… honestly, I’m just figuring it out in real time and letting it evolve.
But the idea behind it hasn’t changed.
We make a ton of decisions every day. Most of them feel pretty normal. Nothing special. Easy to forget.
But every now and then, one of those small choices ends up meaning way more than you expected.
Maybe it’s getting up a little earlier.
Maybe it’s sending the message.
Maybe it’s taking a different route.
Maybe it’s just saying yes… or no.
The tricky part is, you never really know in the moment which one’s going to matter.
I really do believe that one moment, one word, or one action can create a ripple you didn’t see coming. You might not notice it right away — most of the time you won’t — but it’s happening.
So this series is just me sharing thoughts as they come. No real structure, no perfect plan… just stuff that made me stop and think.
If something hits, great. If it makes you pause for a second or look at something a little differently, even better.
And if it resonates, pass it along.
Because sometimes all it takes is one idea, at the right time, for the right person.
That’s the Power of ONE.

ONE QUESTION
What one decision from 10 years ago is still shaping your life today?
ONE ANSWER
More than 10 years ago, I made a decision that changed the direction of my life. I took a job as the brand manager with Bel-Ray.
At the time, I honestly had no idea what I was stepping into. I just knew it felt like an opportunity worth taking.
What I didn’t realize then was how much that one move would open the door to the powersports industry in a way I had never experienced working at powersports dealers. It gave me a front-row seat to how the business really works. I met incredible people from all over the world, many of whom I’m still proud to call friends today.
That one decision also helped shape what I wanted professionally. It taught me lessons about relationships, business, problem-solving, and growth that I still use every day. Little did I know then what it would become.
What’s one decision you made that ended up changing your path? Share it in the comments.
