Special tools and the investment they require is a necessary evil of the service department at many powersports dealers. Sure, you need the tools but how can you take advantage of that high dollar section of your shop aside from just completing the job when required.
I have an idea that you can use to not only showcase the tool but the knowledge your technicians have and how the tools are used.
I suggest a bi-weekly or monthly video series where the technician shows the tool in use and explains why it is necessary.
This video series would not only provide content for your various social media channels but increase the perceived value of your service department.
